About the wine
Inspired by the fruit salad plant which is a household favorite, this delicious wine hits the sweet spot on the nose and palate. The balance of fruit acid and sweetness brings out the flavors in harmony to create a refreshing easy drinking wine. It is a perfect blend of different White varietals, able to please the mases.

Winemaking process
Grapes were destemmed, crushed and mashcooled before draining. Free-run juice was settled overnight at low temperature. Clear juice was inoculated with selected yeast for cold fermentation. After fermentation the wine was racked before preparing for bottling.
