Winemaking process
Crushed, destemmed, pumped into roto tank, drain free run juice as soon as desired colour is obtained. Cape Dreams Rose is made from Pinotage grape. Free run juice fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14 degrees celsius until dry or desired sugar levels are reached. Stored in stainless stain tanks. Make wine protein and cold stable, then final filtration before bottling.
